Sharon was amazing. We met with her while our dad was on hospice at the VA Hospital in Lima Linda about two months before he passed. She laid all the ground work in one easy, caring, and short appointment. After our father's passing she worked directly with the VA on our behalf and took care of everything, including expediting getting his discharge paperwork so he can be interred at Riverside National Cemetery. She also expedited the cremation and death certificates and had them to us within three days. What really put the experience over the top was her agreeing to meet us at 8:30 AM, (an hour before they open), to give us our keepsake with dad's remains, flag, and death certificates. We are from out of state and we're trying to get on the road early. Thanks to Sharon, we were able to. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend Neptune Society to any grieving friend or family member.

Rude and unhelpful, and their nasty tone turned even worse once they found out my father died. To take one example (of several), they require a signature from someone who is out-of-state (my brother). "Can we FedEx the paperwork," I asked? "No--Fax only," they said. "He doesn't have a fax machine," I explained. "He'll just have to find one," they said. 

If I was you, I would take my business elsewhere. Certainly, that's what I am going to do.
