It was just an overall nice experience coming here. Beautiful aesthetics, nice staff, and they even were offering a free shot of espresso at the time. Also what was nice about this coffee place in comparison to others is that, “fun fact” many places put the same amount of coffee/espresso in a medium and large, but here they actually do give you more coffee/espresso in a large.
I genuinely cannot wait for the day they sell these capsules in regular stores. These “boutiques” serve no purpose. They don’t open until 10am. The staff is generally rude and incompetent. I come almost weekly and every time they are surprised by a black guy walking in. I wish I got a keurig just because of how pretentious and condescending the staff here act towards me
Nice ambiance and attentive enough staff Daisy except for the young lady barista who did not offer us free sample coffee. She went around TWICE, offered everyone waiting in line--those who were there before, and those who came after us. For some reason, she completely ignored us! We left the store feeling insignificant. Yes, we bought a coffee machine and some capsules here, but we don't want to go back to this boutique.
It seems like every time I go into the store the experience gets worse. I waited 15 minutes to just buy two sleeves of coffee, and there was only one person ahead of me in line. no acknowledgment or recognition on the staff’s part of the absurd wait time just to buy some pods. I recommend the uptown Nespresso on Madison, significantly better experience every time.
If you want to try something new - you are welcome! A lot of choices of different coffee. I choose Mexican one and I wasn't being happy. Next time I will try something different. ; They don't have a cafe - just coffee to go.
Beautiful store, i like coming here, it’s usually a good experience, but sometimes the staff is not the nicest :that’s my only complain. They usually have an espresso served on a s’mores cone which is pricey but it’s awesome, this time they didn’t have it, so i tried the australian summer special, was decent.
It is not cheap but you need to pay for quality and I’m OK with it. Love and espresso stores love the taste of their coffee and overall I consider a number one in coffee.
This place is nice. The day i went was little busy. But they closed the cafe bar. I got some coffee machines, frother and their cups.
Sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. The tasting bar upstairs really helped us make our decisions.
Always a great experience while visiting this store. Staff is super friendly and we love the gifts we get every time we make a large purchase
