The car we purchased was exactly as advertised. The data Net Motors listed online was helpful, extensive, and accurate.  The photos gave a valid representation. The Carfax report provided more details plus I verified the accuracy.  We have since had our local mechanic go over the vehicle and there we no surprises. Everything Net Motors said about the car was correct.

The other half of the process was working with the salesman and the finance department.  Every step allowed us to feel confident.  My bank created silly problems causing Net Motors to rewrite the paperwork three times; there was never a complaint or sign of exasperation.  When it can time to pick up the car, I had logistics problems so Michael, the General Manager arranged a ride.  Frankly, don’t think I would have been as nice as these guys were.  Lastly have to mention that the listed price was totally fair, eliminating yet one more potential hassle.

I trust the guys at Net Motors and they will be at the top of my list the next time we need a car.

Have to say this was the easiest process I've ever been through for buying a car. From searching online, to setting up a test drive, through the actual purchase. It was all easy and Brad made me feel very comfortable with the decisions points presented to me. The best part was how quickly he would respond to questions I had via phone or email. In the end, I felt very confident that I was purchasing a great vehicle and getting a good value. The final paperwork took all of 5 minutes and I was off in my 2013 Ford Escape with all the bells and whistles. Brad, thank you for your help and I will certainly be guiding others your way.

As a first time car buyer, I wish that this dealership had been a little more transparent. The salesman I dealt with was little more than shady from the second he put a contract in front of me. After an unsettling hour or so of signing paperwork, when I asked for the weather tech floor mats which were supposedly included and sitting in his office, I was told he didn't have them after all. It then took a little less than two months to receive my license plates which I originally requested to be sent to me but had to call a half dozen times to actually have them sent. Fast forward a month to a $200 ticket I just received for not having a city sticker. When I called to ask about it, one of the guys at the dealership let me know that they aren't responsible for city registration. Or informing me when I asked up front about it. I literally asked them if they were taking care of city registration when I purchased the car, and they said yes! They said they took care of all of the registration for me, & all I needed to do was put the plates on. Should I mention that my mechanic calls my car the ticking Fiat for the noise it's started making since I purchased it? Thanks net motor cars for teaching me some very valuable lessons about purchasing a car.

Highly Recommendable! They have a wide selection of vehicles that are in great condition and at affordable prices. Definitely worth the hour commute to pick up my car. Awesome experience.

Hi, 
the only reason why I'm giving this a 4 and not a 5 star is the fact that it was disappointed not to test drive the Dodge Charger but Other than that the salesperson's were nice polite giving me space really nice people to talk too. unfortunately I couldn't make the deal but wish them the best. I would recommend this place.
