Great Customer Service & Good Atmosphere I was planning a send-off surprise party for a friend joining the military and I figured I'd pick up some cigars to go along. I am not a smoker and know nothing about cigars. I walked in to the shop and automatically felt comfortable. The main shop had a really clean, homey, and comfortable atmosphere. I unfortunately did not make it upstairs but note they do have an outdoor seating area. This is when I met Cory (employee). I explained my plan and Cory went to work suggesting some really great cigars to bring to the surprise party. To top it off, Cory even helped select a special cigar for my buddy enlisting. The surprise party went off without a hitch. Everyone enjoyed their cigars as Cory was able to match their tastes just by a description. Thank you Cory for all your help!

My first stop for cigars whenever I'm in Illinois. Great selection of well stored sticks and a good selection of pipe tobaccos. The highlight though is the lounge. Surprisingly spacious and well ventilated. I've never felt uncomfortable or out of place like you do in some lounges in the area.

Nuemanns is a great place with a wide variety of brands within their humidor with several price points in mind. Ken and Julie provide knowledge and friendly service. The atmosphere in the lounge is frendly and casual. Everyone is welcome.

Very classy place. Impressive knowledge of cigars. Lounge is very clean and a great place to have a smoke. Their filtration system is great, chairs are very comfortable. Looking for a new cigar, employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are right in the proper range. Try it, you'll like it.
