When there was a question about whether the day bartender pre 6:30 last night rang up my drinks (two sodas) I called and spoke with Dennis to offer to pay for them a second time. I was sworn at, and berated, and hung up on. I have never felt stronger about finding a new place to spend time at.
Jaime is a great bartender, and neutral zone is a great bar.
