I was seen for about 10 minutes and I got a prescription for the same pills that didn't work before.  I now can take them three times a day instead of one, but I need to take 6 two or three times a day... unless he prescribes something that actually works on pain.  Also, it takes forEVER to talk to someone when you call.  There is always a line and I'm usually number 12.  I need to talk to them about a couple of mistakes they made with me, like not giving me two weeks notice that I need to be re-referred, only two days before my scheduled appointment that I have to cancel now.  They never sent last month's paperwork to my NP either!  This is their clinic on W. Charleston by the way.

I understand that there are people going to places like this just looking for medication, but that’s no excuse to treat EVERYONE like a drug seeker. Most, like myself, are just looking for pain relief to be able to function. They don’t listen to you when you tell them what past treatments you’ve had that haven’t worked, they’ll still recommend those expensive procedures making me think they do it for the money, not because they actually care about their patients.

If u are first timer it is very important that you have all information from the other doctor's and all insurance n be very persistent of want u need and know they r capable of taking good care of you. It's a nice office

Great Services Love Going To NVCPC on Flamingo n Maryland and front desk friendly also doctors are awesome I never had a problem with them thanks to NVCPC even sometimes I have huge nasty pain but they do help me with it

Front desk staff was stealing my cash copays and not giving me a receipt. I am still getting billed for these appointments. Also, they treat everyone like addicts like you're just trying to get high. I hope that when they reach my age they have the same crippling pain.
