I had the best possible long-term medical experience with Dr.  Leo and his staff. 

My first penile pump implant was done by another  urologist who botched the operation.  The implant was removed because of infection and no replacement was installed.

I came to Dr. Leo as a rescue patient,  to see if he could  help me.   Dr. Leo did a long rehabilitation with me to prepare me for a second implant.  This procedure was complicated by the mess left by the first urologist. Dr. Leo's operation was entirely successful.  My wife and I are very grateful for his skill, compassion and dedication.

This restorative journey  was long.  Dr.  Leo stood by me  all the time  and would not give up.  He was resolved to achieve the best results.

The office staff was supportive,  courteous and professional.  Appointments were easy to make and wait times in the office averaged 20 minutes.

Give Dr. Leo and staff five stars and my highest recommendation.

Had THE worst experience at this office.  Terrible customer service by the staff with no communication and given incorrect information.  No care to try to fix any issues unless I wanted to come out of pocket more for a 2nd consultation, absolutely ridiculous.  I will never refer or return to this practice again and have made many others aware, especially from the business that referred me to them.

This office is horrible!!!!! They are constantly moving my husband's apts. back and it takes forever to be seen!!!!! Yeah I guess the dr. needs more time to play golf. Even if you are not a new patient it takes months to get an apt. They don't seem to care. He has to suffer without medication while waiting to be seen. It is just terrible!!!!!
