Absolutely terrible I strongly believe this is a scam insurance company I thought I paid 6 months in full and the last 4 months I have gone back and forth not knowing if I have car insurance or not because they ask for more and more money every month telling.me to pay or they will cancel can't get anyone on the phone to adress the issue and they make it sound like it's your fault I know they are the cheapest when they quote you but they will hide behind technicalities and keep charging you outrageously DON WAST YOUR TIME

This company is the worst company I've ever seen. A client of theirs rear ended me while texting on the phone on April 4th and here it is almost 2 months later I still have no progress on my claim. Took two weeks before they even took responsibility!! Then after two more weeks of waiting finally found out they sent it to total loss dept. Took a week and a half before it was actually sent. Called again today and found out they have such a backlog of accidents and claims and total losses they sent my claim to the sister company in Arizona. This company sucks!! Minus 10 stars. Worst company I've ever dealt with

I have been a client of Nevada General for 17 yrs never once have I had any kind of issue with them they are friendly and courteous

i worst insurance in the planted . They took over 4 month for my claim since my accident happened. DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE WITH THEM.

They   take half  a day to even  figure out if you are  even a customer once they have been given all of the account info
