I want to personally thank all of the staff at Preferred Insurance of Nevada for helping me with all of my insurance needs. I personally have 3 cars and a home and they got me the best price in town by far with the friendliest service and bilingual to. Rob, the managers and the staff agents are very professional including Rob and the Manager. Rob was extremely helpful because I had some prior blemishes on my record and he still gave me the best prices with the best coverage.  I sent over 4 of my friends so far and he also gave them the best prices and service in town as they were extremely happy to make the change. My advice is if you need auto or home insurance this is the place to call :-)

Rob and his crew are the best insurance I’ve ever dealt with. I’m in the car industry and I have lots of people that don’t have insurance or the right coverages. I will only use rob and preferred Nevada insurance! His customer service is above reproach. Not just for me as a customer but my customers. I recommend him to everyone.

If I could give this company zero stars they deserve it. The "agent" or sales rep is exactly what his title says. He's only there to sell you insurance as the customer service reps say. I bought insurance with this company and set up automatic payments. Had my policy for 4 months then the company dropped my policy because of "insufficient funds." Sent them proof that there was sufficient funds to counter their dispute, yet I was left with a lapse fee for my credit union and with the dmv. They told me there was nothing they could do, so I had to pay the fees. I'll never do business with this company ever again. I do not understand how a company can make a paying customer pay for their mistake and get away with it. Never again.
