They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with , they are extremely rude and hostile , they are very hard to work with when coming to repairs they are cheap and do Bare min to temporary fix an issue it is never resolved ,or any issues on your end .. slumloards at its finest all they care about is getting your money!!

Slumlord's worst company EVER!!! I moved in my apartment November 2015. My apartment was taken over by Nevada Real Estate Corp... I put in a property condition report about my refrigerator not having shelves and other things they never came to repair the thing they seen. There maintenance are not complete idiots. The office staff are complete fools I recommend never to rent from these people they are all about money and not fixing anything!!! Save yourself some time and find a place elsewhere...

Do not rent from this company. See Yelp for many other reviews that are very similar experiences. They are very dishonest. The tenant before us came and warned us and we were not prepared for what was to come. We would have repair issues that would take months. Our sink broke in December, we immediately emailed to get it fixed since it did not drain. They told us they would be by Monday, and nobody came. After several emails and calls they finally came in February. Our garage did not work when we first moved in. They adjusted the tension so tight that the garage would not stop and it smashed the entire garage system and could have killed our child. They charged us for the $100 copay (even though it was an item included on our first month of pre-existing problems) and the money for the parts for the garage. So it would have been cheaper to higher it out on our own. We also had problems with the sprinklers not working. We would text, call, email and personal visits about the problem, we have all the documentation. They are charging $4100 for repair of the dead lawn despite the fact it is their fault for not fixing the problem.
