This Steve just took my $65.00 application fee and $100 Holding fee granted my credit is bad and I'm starting over yes i have made some mistakes but this man told me that I had 24 hours to bring him 1300 and I would get the House and then when I questioned  him about why I had only 24hrs. He got so upset he called my Agent and said some bad things to him. All I want is my money back Steve..... May God Truly Bless You Steve .... You dont have to treat people like this and take their Money.... May God Rest Your Soul......

My water heater went out days ago, and they refuse to put forth any effort to fix it. They have a "wait and see" attitude in letting the home warranty fix it at their leisure. They are incompetent and unhelpful... Do not rent from them!!!

Update: I took the day off work, went down to their office, and refused to leave until they did something about the issue. The guy who runs the place looked online, found the part my water heater needed, and they had someone out tonight who fixed it. 

I raised my review to two stars.

My parents are seniors.  They have always followed the rules and done things right.  They have been renting a home for the past couple of years and have been happy but recently were approved for a home loan and decided to start shopping for a home.  They had just started the process when they found out their landlord sold the home they were renting.  They have to move in a hurry now.  Since they want to take their time to shop for a house to buy, they decided to to rent a home for a year.

In comes Steve and Total Real Estate of Nevada.  My parents found a home located at, 3801 Bayamon St, Las Vegas, NV 89129.  They really liked the house and decided they would move in to it.  They have great credit.

Yesterday, 06/15/17, my parents went in to sign the lease and pick up the keys.  They came prepared with cashier's checks for the deposit and the rent for the remainder of the month. While they were there, Steve asked them for more money than that.  When my parents asked, why he was asking for more money, he got upset, physically upset.  He raised his voice and told them they have bad credit and are lucky the landlord was  accepting their application.  He made them feel like they did something wrong.  After a good long scolding, he said take your money back and leave!

My parents are now homeless and looking for a place again.  The Uhaul was booked, utility companies were advised, all of the arrangements had been made for a move today.  They now have one week to find a place to live.  Yes, by the way, that means their house is totally and completely packed up and they will be living like that for the next week.

This guy, Steve, and this company, are totally and completely unprofessional.  Do not rent any homes that they manage.  I hope the homeowner reads these reviews and chooses to use a different company, because they are missing out on having stellar tenants who take great care of any property they rent and ALWAYS pay on time.

I have a few properties that is managed by them for years. My rental income is always on time. Never had any issues. My last management company has to evict every other tenant they find, and so far all the tenants Total Realty approved did not have any issues. I would recommend to all the investors

The absolute worst management company I've ever had the displeasure of renting from.

Our freezer/fridge went out and it took 2 days to get someone out to fix it. The company didn't even bother to fix it, and then they refused to send anyone else out to look at it. 

They also randomly change their processes without any warning to residents. They changed the way that monthly rent payments can be made, and now if more than one person is trying to pay for the rent you have to physically go to their office because payments can no longer be split online. 

Jen in management hung up on me 4 times when trying to get my issue resolved with the freezer. 

They're completely unprofessional.
