I'm really disappointed. I've been running for years and always wore NB. I don't think this store caters to runners any longer though. There were mostly older ladies in the store and the selection for walking shoes was vast, while I was left with few options and fewer colors in those. I was told that I need a special insole to go with my high priced running shoes when I never had any issues with my feet. I'm afraid it was just an in-store upsell for commission.

This is a great little store. My wife and I have been shopping here for several years. Today Jon Pemberton helped us with our purchase. If you need the right selection and the perfect fit, ask for Jon.

Stood by shoes for 20 minutes without being helped - new exactly what I wanted - 2 salesmen were free - one was on his phone - the other was looking through receipts at the counter - first time in the store - not coming back.
