Staff very helpful. Like the large array of men's colors.  Only problem, I need 4e width and not many.  Need to offer more of the size and I would buy more.

For more than a decade I lived a couple of blocks away from the New Balance Factory Store and Headquarters, so for the longest time that was the place I went to for running shoes. Even after I moved, I’d still go back when they had their big yearly sales. That was until I found out that there’s a Factory Store in Lawrence, much closer to me. The size of the store seems to be the same as the one I used to go to and, even on a Black Friday, the store was organized and there were plenty of associates to help everyone. I like how everything is displayed in the store and easy to find. I found my new favorite store.

I have gone here for years. I take care of a special needs person. Had a minor problem with a pair of shoes and they were fantastic about it. Got plenty attention and help several people help us. .great place. Great prices
