Their technologies for finding the best shoe, arches or not, wide or narrow, etc. are just great.  Little time is spent to determine the best fit, and then the selections for style and color begins.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.  
Good all around service, and a 14 day trial period to be completely satisfied.

Went on a whim not expecting much. Came out with a pair of regular sneakers, running shoes, and custom orthotics. Great experience talking about movies and music  with Michael.
