No one came to ask for help, after that I requested help 20 minutes later the employee comes out to say they don't have the shoe color or size I wanted. Fine but bringing another pair was unnecessary. Would should have happened is them coming out to say they don't have my size. Would have saved me 19 minutes. Would have given one star but two for trying.

Great customer service, participates in most limited shoe drops, busy location.

Jonathan was very unhelpful and rude. Nobody came to ask me if I needed a size I had to go take the display shoe to the cash register and ask for a size. I would have understood if they were busy or helping other guests but they weren't! They were all standing around. Jonathan was the cashier and he was extremely rude and sarcastic not only to myself but to other guests asking for sizes and help. I'm never coming back here again I will continue to go to Neo down the street!
