Very limited hours, closed far too often, and it doesn't have the book you're looking for. So in the 8 plus years of living in New Berlin, I have visited the library a great deal. I've lived in Green Bay proper, De Pere and Sturgeon Bay and always loved the civil services of a library. While New Berlin library does offer a lot, for the populace it serves, this place is closed far too often. This past holiday season 2016 it was closed 23, 24, 25 and 26. It now is closed Jan 2, 2017. On Fridays, the library is closed at 5 pm. Better get that book on Thursday. Nine of the past 12 books I've recently searched for via their card catalog, are "unavailable" and there is a waitlist--really? For Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them? Two months? This library while the building is beautiful and the location is nice, really needs to work on inventory. Also, they are only open 3 hours on Sunday. Once, while visiting on a Thursday, at 8:30 they began to turn off their lights and usher me and my children out of the building. They were getting ready to close at 9, so in overly exaggerated fashion, began this process at 8:30.

BAMF. I remember the old NBPL on Cleveland. Fantastic upgrade. Nice selection of books and videos.
