DO NOT HIRE unless you want your remodeling project to take forever and corners to be cut and to be charged too much!!!! I had to have other contractors to come out and do tasks that he couldn't seem to get done and each one charged less that what he had!!! Several times I pointed out things that needed to be done and all he would say is "it will all come together" he only shows up 1-2 days a week and never works more than 4 hours at a time!!! Keep in mind when he bids the job he will say he can do all of it, wrong I had to hire an electrician and someone to do my walls, he had a plumber come which was the only person that showed up when he said and did the work he promised! On top of everything else, I had brand new walls textured and painted, he got grout all over them and didn't bother to clean it up!!! Totally  made an exciting project for me a miserable ordeal! Always has excuse why he doesn't show up or when something doesn't get done! He tried to blame our vacation for the reason the bathroom took sooooo long mind you should have been done week before we left!!! I was told it was a 14 day project and it took 8 weeks to get done and if I hadn't hire the other contractors it still wouldn't be done!!! DO NOT HIRE , to top things off when we went to install our vanities they measured incorrectly and the plumbing is too far apart so now our pieces don't fit😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This was possibly the worst experience of my life.  I don't usually post reviews but this was so horrible I had to share in hopes others don't make the same mistake we did by using them.  We hired NB Kitchen & Bath Remodeling (owner Gary Risner) to remodel our kitchen, a full bath, a half bath, as well as update some flooring/paint in other areas and add an outdoor kitchen to our deck.  Also added roof over a pergola on deck.

Gary estimated this to be a 6 week project starting in February.  We were told the project would be completed by April 1st and April 15th at the VERY latest.   We are currently in week 17 (June 18th today) and the job will not be fully completed.  My husband and I finally had to fire Gary.  As we became more and more fed up with the ever increasing timeline and lack of work being done at our house, Gary became completely unprofessional.  We have documented messages from him that are astoundingly inappropriate not to mention just plain rude.  I was truly in shock at how he would speak to his paying customers. 
 
As for the job, flooring transitions were never installed; pieces of kitchen trim not completed; lights in bathroom never installed.  The granite Gary helped us choose for the kitchen wasn't large enough for the space designed and we ended up having to pay the granite company an addtl $1500 to get an appropriate sized slab.  Multiple items of ours were broken or misplaced.  The shower rod was not installed properly and Gary has blamed us stating it's our fault since we purchased the rod and refuses to correct it.  Window film in bathroom never installed so neighbors can see directly into bathroom.  Roofing above pergola leaks - he also refuses to have this fixed, stating it's not in the scope of the project for it to not leak.  The painting subs he used were AWFUL and left a mess all over our house.   He brought a cleaning crew in (although I'm not sure why since they weren't finished) which I was told would get up all the paint splatters, etc - but then was told that "the paint will come off in time" and if I continue to scrub the floor, it will eventually come off.  Half of the guys that worked for him during this project have quit.  Some of his employees are good guys but I can't imagine they will stick around for long as it sounds like Gary also can't manage his money well and has a hard time paying his guys not to mention his subcontractors.  He constantly is blaming others for his problems and refuses to accept responsibility for his poor project management.  The only time he has been at all remorseful is when he has been asking for a check.  I can't even count the times we were told "we promise we'll be done this week" only to be let down over and over.  I could list all the additional items that went wrong but it would take hours to do so.  

Do yourself a favor and do not give this company or this man any of your time or money!
