Was told I was getting a Lincoln Town Car and a Dodge showed up with a radio that doesn't work. I was told to tip the driver a minimum of $100 and I tipped him more because he did a great job (Pete). When I got my bill they added $100 plus tip. Will NEVER use this company again.

Being from out of town you never know how to choose a limo service it always can be kind of iffy. You never really know what kind of amenities you're going to get with that limo service. I was pleasantly surprised when the limo that we ordered was exactly what we wanted. They were on time the service was great and they were extremely professional. My only regret was not getting one of the party buses. I think the next time we come to town and are going out we're going to have to plus one a few extra times so we can have fun in one of those party buses. Thanks for the great night out thank you for the excellent service I will be happy to recommend you to all of my friends.

My uncle, who lives in Kyle, had been planning out the celebration of his 25th Anniversary and mentioned to me casually that he was looking for an "out of the ordinary" experience with which to surprise his wife. 

I said the magic word "limousine" and...well, fast forward three weeks to today, and he just called me raving about how happy his wife was with the service. He's not an easy guy to impress, but even over the phone you could hear the smile in his voice as he told me about the excellent time they had together, courtesy of New Braunfels Limousine. Driver was professional, friendly-but-not-too-friendly, said and did all the right things, according to my aunt And he made mention several times about how "tricked out" the stretch Hummer was, and the bar left them both tickled pink. Needless to say they are beyond happy with their experience and I felt compelled to let the owners of the company know!

I booked a Limo for my Sister who was working close to this area. I found their website very easy to use and the booking staff were very friendly. My sister loved the gift I gave her and her partner mostly due to the hospitality provided by the limo driver and well kept car.

New Braunfels Limousine has excellent customer service!  The owner was polite and professional.  My limo was right on time! No complaints on this end!! I definitely recommend these guys!
