Rush Bus Center is the absolute worst when it comes to service on Bluebird buses. They do not honor "call aheads" made for service. Despite calling a week in advance to be sure they could work on our bus during a 3 week holiday period, they did not touch it until after 3 weeks then threw every excuse in the book at us. Then when a part comes in that they are waiting on, they basically put your vehicle on hold until they finish working on vehicles that came in later instead of putting a mechanic back on our bus right away and getting back to us. They will have had our bus for almost 4 weeks before we will get it back. Over the last 6 years this has been a glaringly obvious pattern with this shop. They also never return calls. If your dependent on getting fast and honest service then your best bet it to find another Bluebird authorized repair center.

Stopped in to get an Inspection on my company vehicle. Was quick and painless. The two girls behind the counter were awesome and their inspector Jayson was quick.

I had a very bad experience whit this place. I called 2 times before going to do a safety inspection on my rv and the lady unswering the phone (Christine) told me to be in the shop before 3.30. I got there at 2.10 and she told me that the inspector were all in a meeting that would take 30 minutes so I waited. After 40 minutes I asked her if she was sure I was going to be able to have my inspection and she said not to worry because they were going to close at 4. After 1 hour waiting I asked her again what was going on and she said that the inspectors told her that the meeting was longer than expected and he advised us with the fantastic idea that I could get my inspection half a mile across the road. I left not very happy and went to the other shop were (and I'm not exaggerating) they took 4 minutes to do the inspection. I would advice enybody to avoid this place they have a very poor customer service . I give them a 1 star only because I could not go any lower.
