We love the splash pad and playground  at this location.  There are always people here although a few more picnic tables may be nice.

The area is well taken care of and always clean and they have real family bathrooms!

Would be nice if there was sign pointing you to bathrooms and a gate in the fence between the playground and splash pad so wee ones didn't have to run around.

What a great place for a picnic, Sunday afternoon walk in the forest, or just relaxing on a bench and reading a book. There's a playground and splash pad for kids. There is a nature trail with educational signs. A covered pavilion with cooking facilities and picnic tables for large groups.

My motorcycle broke down on my way home to Chicago from South Haven, MI a couple of weeks ago. As luck would have it (beside the bad luck of getting a flat in the first place), it happened right in front of New Buffalo Township Hall on Red Arrow Highway where a Shriners annual picnic was happening at the park that weekend. I wish I could remember their names but everyone I met was so kind and helpful to help me get back on my way – both the Shriners and the people at the township office. A heartfelt thank you to the good people of New Buffalo, MI!

It's gated and meant for the smaller kids, love the splash pad. Lots of shade and picnic area. Very relaxing.
