If I could give this less than a one star I would. The receptionist is incredibly rude and unwilling to help you with any questions you have. Frankly, I am not sure how someone who is supposed to work in customer service can get away talking to customers in such a rude manner. The bus ride is easy but getting tickets for the bus is not. You have to go all the way to the transit center in order to buy a month's worth; otherwise depend on the driver having tickets. Their system is backwards and their website needs updating. If I didn't depend on this bus to get to work, I would absolutely never take it again.

June 1, 2017 been waiting for the bus at Lawrence village plaza since 350 that was supposed to be here at 357. There should have been 2 busses through here and neither has shown. They only reply is road work. People friend on ncta to get to work.

I would love to see how an audit of this company would go over... Probably like a fart in church." It's New Castle and a lot of crappy types ride these buses. You put your money in an automated machine and expect change when the only slots are for ----------- putting it in? I get tired of these reviews. This company is just fine for what it is. Spectacular? Nope. Crooked? Nope. If you're going to put a big bill in the change machine make sure you ask first. This was probably someone in a hurry to get crack that just lost their fix money. It's laughable!
