I was in California for a wedding and noticed my intended wedding shirt had a stain on it! I then decided to bring that shirt and a bunch of others to New Economy based on the reviews.

The lady was very friendly and customer service focused. She put a tape marker on problem areas I pointed out, which shows responsiveness. However, I don't feel this place delivered good value for the money. It was partly my fault for not making sure, but at multiple previous dry cleaners, the standard service includes cleaning and ironing so I didn't think to ask. At New Economy I paid double ($4/per) what I normally pay to just have my shirts cleaned. They were mostly cleaned decently well, but there was nothing special about it.

Also, they STAPLED something to the tags of my shirts! Last but not least, they only accept cash.

Bottom line, the customer service was good but there were some annoyances, and I don't think it was a great value. Wouldn't use again.

Always very friendly, with GREAT tailoring! I am a vintage shopper who always find that great 'hidden treasure' in the wrong sizes. I have taken in everything from slacks to dresses and the tailoring is always perfect.

It's a family-run business, and they are super-nice and friendly.  I live a few blocks away and have been getting my stuff dry-cleaned there for years.  I also have them do all my tailoring - hemming pants, taking in dresses and skirts, etc. and they always do a great job.  Plus, their prices are pretty affordable, the cheapest I've seen in the area given the quality.  Highly recommended.
