I brought my cat here for 14 years and always had an excellent experience. They are definitely expensive which is why the 4 stars, but you're paying for a clean environment, friendly staff, a cat-only environment that's decorated to feel comfortable, and of course the specialized cat care. Dr. Richter is very gentle, knowledgeable and walks you through everything he does to your animal. I've also never had to wait when I've made appointments. They call me right in when I arrive which is great for the cat to try and make it as quick and stress-free for them as possible.

This is not the place to be if you get tragic news about your pet. They are cold and uncaring and allow their staff to verbly abuse their clients. They can't keep their appointment times straight then they blame the mistake on the client. They have no desire to make your cat comfortable at the end of its life. They would rather put you down than help you up. The deplorable conduct by their receptionest Danielle is beyond reprehensible. They have caused me so much unneeded stress and tears. Horrible, Horrible way to treat someone. Just disgusting!!

Pricey, but they know their business, and they treat the furry family members well. They clearly care, and clearly are fully competent. You get what you pay for...

The veterinarians are very through, caring, and understanding! The staff is amazing! I always feel welcome and my cat receives excellent care!
