The people in the parts department are very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me get exactly what I needed which turned out to not be what I came in thinking I needed. So no wasted time or money having to come back.

Chris was so helpful with our entire moped purchase.  We are new to the scooter market and he guided us through the entire process. He recommended Abby at Geico who saved us a ton on our insurance. He taught our 16 year old how to drive it!! We were lucky to meet Chris!

Last year I purchased two new bikes off Chris. It was a pleasant, professional and fun experience all the way through. He told me that I would be back next year to get a bigger bike, which I of course denied.  12 months later and I bought a bigger bike from him! His no pressure, personable style of helping you choose what you want, rather than what he would like you to buy was awesome and refreshing.

From the mechanics to the parts department, I have had nothing but fabulous service at every step. When I was looking to upgrade it was a natural thing to go only to NECW. I trust them and feel that I will always get a solid deal and a professional service - and it is what I have always recieved. From maintaining my bikes, my jetskis and even my house generator, they have always made things easy and deliver on time 

I would honestly recommend  them to anyone.

I hate giving New England Cycle Works even one star. Absolute worse customer service I have ever seen. From the moment I walked in, I wanted to leave but didn't because the bike I wanted was there. I could make this review 10 pages long with my experience, but why bother. Just go somewhere else!
