Sean and Apollo are exceptional mechanics and Biking enthusiasts, always willing to help you with a problem or question. The entire staff are exceptional. I have always been treated with the respect and feel comfortable with the information I receive.  I am very big person and they have always worked with me to ensure the equipment I buy fits me and will stand up to my riding.

Great customer service.  A busy place but very helpful. They went way above the call of duty spending the time I needed with the bike then fitting it to me, shoes, clip ins. I would highly recommend this establishment! I have returned many times for other bikes for my family and biking clothes.

Very friendly and helpful staff.  Always willing to strike up a conversation and help fix your bikes.  They don't try to rip you off or sell you anything you don't need.  Give ideas on great places to ride in the area.  Helped fix my cheap hundred dollar bikes all the way up to bikes worth thousand of dollars.  They know what they are doing and are very friendly.

It has been years since my wife and I had ridden bicycles, the team at Mystic Cycle were very patient and helpful in helping us pick out our new bicycles.  I had a good idea what I wanted but my wife did not.  It was great to spend some time with someone who knew their business and helped us make a great choice.  The service is excellent and the staff very professional.  After we left we felt like they had not only worked to help us that day but would be with us for the long haul too.  Do yourself a favor and leave the "big chain store" bikes to others and go to Mystic Cycle for a great experience both during and after the sale.  You will be pleased for years to come, these guys know their stuff! :)
