We were very pleased with the whole process of buying our first hot tub at New England Spas in Auburn MA. Joe Heymann was outstanding. He spent over 2 hours with us educating and demonstrating different floor models without any pressure to buy whatsoever. He took the time and care to answer all our questions even after business hours when we were trying to decide on which model to buy. We even called him from the " Big E" after looking at a different brand of tub because the salesman was pressuring us with a "deal" that seemed too good to be true. We realized after talking with the guy, that there would be no customer service post purchase if anything were to go wrong. This, as well as my father's recommendation to go with New England Spas solidified our decision to purchase from them. Joe even came to our house to do a site visit in order to better coordinate the delivery and placement of the tub. The whole process from start to finish including referring us to a highly qualified electrician, was absolutely flawless. After the tub was installed and filled, I had some unexpected issues with our water. Joe was extremely helpful and quick to respond to the issue and talk me through a remedy for this. This has rectified the issue and we could not be more pleased. I doubt we would get the same service from any other company. I would highly recommend you speak to Joe at New England Spas in Auburn for anyone in the market for a hot tub! Tell him Kevin sent you!

I recently purchased a spa from Joseph Heyman at New England Spas in Auburn, MA.  I felt very comfortable with his no pressure sales approach.  His information was always accurate and helpful.  Purchase, delivery, installation, and start-up went smoothly and was frustration free. I highly recommend New England  Spas.

Outstanding customer service the old fashion way.  
I initially did not intend to purchase my spa at New England Spa's in Auburn but when I saw 75 five star reviews I had to visit this place.  Well,  all those reviews were spot on as I never gave a second thought to look elsewhere.   I was met by Jeff, who was so sincere and friendly with his greeting.  Not knowing exactly what I wanted he spent over an hour with me explaining the different spa's and features. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about his products but  Never once did I ever feel pressured to purchase.  Jeff also came to my home to scope out the best area for the spa based on the model I was contemplating.  I visited the store three additional times, once with my son, another with my wife and to finally purchase, and each time was treated with sincere, friendly old fashion customer service.  I also met Joe who also has the same approach in dealing with customers.  My purchase was flawless, and delivery was excellent. The team of  Rory, Brandon and MIke  were on time,  and explained the features of the spa and cleaned all packaging before leaving.  Based on my experience I would highly recommend New England Spa in Auburn Ma.

We recently purchased a Jacuzzi from New England Spas in Auburn, MA. Our sales representative, Joe Heymann, was extremely helpful and informative in selecting the right tub for us. In addition, his after sales support  as outstanding. He made himself available through text, phone and email, and quickly responded any questions we had during the setup process.  The delivery crew, Rory, Mike and Brandon were thorough, pleasant, and efficient. Overall excellent experience and we would highly recommend New England Spas.

A good salesperson/company makes the sale; A GREAT salesperson/company initiates a relationship.  

From the minute I walked into New England Spas in Auburn, MA and met Joe Heymann and he walked me through the features of the Hot Springs Spas, I knew that this was someone who was not only knowledgeable, he LOVES what he does.  It took a few weeks to make my decision but Joe was there all the way.  From the home visit to answering all of my questions, he reaffirmed that I was making the right decision.  The process to purchase was a breeze and my Aria Hot Tub came in  weeks ahead of schedule.  The scheduling process was easy and the delivery process was seamless.  Kudos to both Bruce and Steve for making all this happen.  Of course, the hot tub is amazing.  I don't want to get out of it once I get in.  

I HIGHLY recommend New England Spas of Auburn, MA and Joe is terrific.  I am a customer for life.
