No one in the waiting room and we waited for an hour, vet tech came in didn't introduce himself, then told us our dog was most likely sick from "this" but didn't talk to us or ask questions. We were 100% positive that it wasn't what he said. Then he leaves and we wait another 35 for the vet. She comes in so agitated and scowling at us. Cold and unfriendly following right in suit with the vet tech. My husband and I continue to explain she most definitely didn't get into any toxins. She leaves and comes back with a bill for 1,850 for observation, urine analysis, and blood panel. We left and kept a close eye on her. She was fine after a few hours. We followed up with our vet the next morning and he was extremely disturbed by our experience and their behavior. He also said that it's not the first time he's heard negative things.

Brought my dog in for an unknown cough (emergency visit) was placed in a room immediately. The people here were very kind, and very honest with me. Gave me an estimate before running tests. Appoitment for next week and medication for my dog meanwhile. These people are great and will definitely come back and refer them.

I took my dog there last eve, for the second time in a year. The place was not and is not dirty. I was very surprised to read that review since I'm very critical and would have noticed a dirty facility. The vet appeared to be very knowledgeable and realistic. He gave me options for treating. He was right. After one dose of medication, my dog slept through the night. No all night potty walks. The cost was high, but problem solved. Both times I went, the wait was long, 3 to 4 hrs, but there was no one ahead of me. That was hard to take and just added to the exhaustion both my dog and I already had.

I would avoid this facility at all costs for emergency care. They let my 14 year old malamute and I cry in an exam room for an hour and half when I finally started demanding attention for her , the snotty vet tech told me they were worried about their safety because she was growling. I had to demand they get a muzzle and put her under if they were afraid. He gave me a filthy muzzle which I had to ask them to clean. She ended up staying the night and when I got there to pick her up, she was still groggy, the same snotty tech slid her into the waiting room, dragging her with her leash and plopped her on the floor. I tried to move her into the car but she was scared and crying loudly. Everyone in the waiting room was horrified, none of the staff came to help , once again I had to demand they bring a stretcher to get her to the car since she cant walk. It was a horrific experience ! They also did not do a culture of her infection while she was under, which I asked them to do and tried to sell me antibiotics that were over 100 dollars, I told them I would get them at my pharmacy a lot cheaper since I am a pharmacist. They then told me human augmentin wont work. I asked why and the snotty technician asked if I would like him to get the exact molecular structure?? Seriously?? finally the vet came out and also argued with me that augmentin wouldn't work. I told her its the same exact ingredients as what she was prescribing just slightly different proportions. Ive been using it on my pets for the last 30 years. Avoid this place. It would be worth driving a little further
