VCA Valley fits my needs for all my pets! The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. DeRico provides excellent, compassionate, quality care for all three of my pets. Dr. DeRico is.very knowledgeable with all types of issues, simple to complicated, and is very talented. I am so happy I found this hospital!

I have a ferret and the closest vca that dealt with exotic pets was in South Hadley Ma which at the time was a 40 minute drive for me. I recently moved to Connecticut and sawe there were a few vcas closer to me so I sent this office a few emails just simply asking if they treat ferrets. I never received a response. I hate using phones, I prefer emails so it's how I do things. The South Hadley office, I wasn't impressed with at all, very unorganized and the staff were rude so I really wanted to find a new vca. Personally, all vcas should treat all the same animals, not just one or 2 in every state. Ridiculous

The staff at VCA is top notch.. They explained everything in detail that I could understand. They made sure my dog was comfortable and took care of his issues and followed up after. The level of customer service was incredible. Christine Smith VMD and Christina Marek are people that are understanding and I want to thank them for attention to detail. I recommend VCA for all your pets needs..
