I'm very disappointed in this hotel. These people spent all this money on remodeling the outside of the building and LITERALLY have done nothing to the inside since 1996. They have the old school television, if you sit on the bed too far to one side it'll flip over, the sink counter is barely being held up by a piece one 1x4 . And this is a good and bad thing; they still have an actual Jerry to get in the room. I like and dislike that for my own personal reasons. What I did like it's that there were surprisingly no roaches. Other than; the me being split on the key and the no roaches, this hotel needs to be desperately updated and trust me, I'm not picky when it comes to hotels, but if you're trying to set the stage of the late 80's mid 90's then go for it but if you're too lazy to do basic upgrades the it's just pitiful and that's what I think this hotel is, pitiful. This is room 129. If any other room is better then correct me.

We got stuck in 3 traffic jams on the way home from Florida and we're just looking for a place to sleep. It's an older hotel but very clean & no bugs. Less than $50. The maintenance man & front desk lady we're super sweet.

A zero star rating would be to good for this place. Beds were not clean. Room hadn't even been cleaned from last persons stay.

I come here cause pet friendly n outdoor pool I'm very sick quit hospice the day I came but pool isn't open they have only 1 coke machine no snacks ice in other buildings only 1 ice machine and its a far walk to either or the office won't answer phone fridge barely works microwave doesn't I'm here for 3 days n o my cause I'm stranded I've got a small pet the only thing I've left my hubby died in Jan I thought I'd get relax in pool but stuck in room with outlet nothing it Freeking sux

New Forsyth Inn is a clean, no-frills budget hotel. We checked in at 3:30 in the morning in the middle of a long road trip, and the front desk extended our checkout time without extra charge and supplied us with extra pillows.

Our room did not have a coffee maker, but it did have a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, with crisp sheets and an up-to-date, effective air conditioner.

If you just need a place to lay your head for the night, New Forsyth Inn is a good, sound option at a fair price.
