After stressing about going to get my 19 year old son some financial assistance to get him through a difficult time in his life. We were pleasantly surprised with the kindness we were greeted with. Not a bad place, they do there job and get whatever it is u need handled as fast as they can, even if it does take a hour. Have a little bit of patients and you'll be seen.

Catherine the supervisor is a thief. Simply put. The workers in this office are no better than thieves. They put a gun to your head and threaten you with kidnapping for ransom, if you don't pay up. This is called racketeering and extortion. They steal from one good parent and give to the drug addict parent who beats and hurts the child. They go home and look at themselves as if they are some kind of hero but they are the exact opposite and should be locked up for extortion and racketeering. They constantly try to keep parents in court every 3 months so the attorneys can rack up their fees too. It's disgusting. My child's $50,000 college tuition/emergency medical fund is destroyed thanks to these thieves.

Everyone on here complaining about what the ss workers are doing wrong. Dang go get a job and you wouldn't have to go the ss for us tax payers to pay to feed your kids or pay for y'all to go to the doctor. These ppl in here working hard everyday just so theasy government can take their hard earned money to feed and help the ppl who won't get off their lazy asses to go to work! And then y'all wanna complain. Gtfoh! Makes no sense!

DSS is so crappy, they never call your number. You sit there for 3 hrs then go up front to find out why. They claim to call number and never do. Then they say they will call me next again never do. When i start getting upset then they call my number. Also, the reason i was there was never getting food stamps they couldnt explain why. Bunch of idiots there
