Join Mayor Toni N. Harp as she visits the unique shops in #NHV. Mayor Harp welcomes the community to join her in local stores and eateries.

Story

Seven Wednesday evenings this fall, the Mayor will visit a neighborhood retailer that will be open for evening hours. A nearby food vendor/restaurateur will be encouraged to offer/provide incentives (e.g. discount coupons, raffles/drawings) to customers who patronize their establishments. The Mayor will finish by personally visiting the food vendor/restaurateur’s store, emphasizing the “walkability “ of many of New Haven’s neighborhoods.

Oct 1: Broadway District (5-7 p.m.)
Oct 15: Ninth Square (5-7 p.m.)
Oct 29: Whalley (5-7 p.m.)
Nov 12: Audubon/Whitney (5-7 p.m.)
Nov 19: Westville (5-7 p.m.)
Dec 3: Fair Haven (5:30-7:30 p.m.)
Dec 17: Chapel Street Historic District (5-7 p.m.)
