New Haven City Parking Auth

What a sad bunch of losers you guys are. I would ask why you don't have a real job, but when you're a fat, mullet-wearing failure of a human it's pretty self explanatory. I'm a national service volunteer who had just spent 12 straight hours in conferences with parents who live below the poverty line. All I did wrong was misread a parking sign. So I guess now that money comes out of my less than minimum wage living stipend? I'll just eat less this month, no biggie. Thanks for nailing me, a guy trying to make a difference in the world while barely scraping by. Hope you feel really important and proud of yourself for doing your "civic duty." You guys are really out there on the front lines, changing lives and impacting your community. What would we ever do without meter maids, except all be happier and have more money?

I've been overdue in sharing that I'm so impressed by how well maintained the parking garage at Union Station is. I hadn't been there in about two years, and was pleasantly surprised by the updated tech upon entry. Moreover - I was parking on the top floor the morning after a snowstorm and it was almost completely cleared. On behalf of anyone needing a speedy way to park before catching the train - THANK YOU!

How can the website be down!? Impossible to find parking restrictions, bans etc. Very user unfriendly.

I used my credit card in a meter for 1.00 parking and they charged me 10.00 twice...unbelievable

I am absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism this week by the NHPA. I have been calling daily and all I get is voice mail. There have been no attempts to return my call so that I can pay my bill. As it is I got the monthly statement two days before it was due to be paid. That was probably due to weather conditions. Are there really only two people who can handle this? It is very inconvenient for me to leave and go to the office and pay.
