Parking is convenient for downtown New Haven but the garages ceilings are extremely low. The parking attendant was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge my existence (was asking a simple question about their parking garage). Won't bother with this garage again there are plenty others.

Not a lot you can say about a parking garage. It wasn't awful but no one wants to pay to park.

Great place to park, clean and emoyees are awesome especially the maintenance team, they are great!

Great spot taller ceiling if you have a truck

do not park here if you have a SUV ! there are no signs stating don't back up if you park here your window will buss and they will not reimburse you.
