I placed my 2nd and the last order from this restaurant a couple of nights ago. The delivery service was very quick...perhaps because they weren't busy. 
I didn't like the food at all, compared to other nice Chinese restaurant I have eaten at. In fact, I barely ate the food the very first night...it had no Chinese taste. In fact that could have come out my kitchen, but I didn't want to waste 20.00 worth of food so I kept it till the following day.  
As I was eating the special fried rice, I was very lucky I did not swallow a staple...yes a staple from a stapler that was left in the food. I take to be carelessness on the part of the restaurant, carelessness that could have potentially sent me to the emergency room . 
Like I stated, it was my 2nd time eating from this restaurant even though I promised to make the first time my last.  This will definitely be the very last time I will be eating from there.

I used to eat thidnall the time. Recently I placed a simple  order and  all thr chicken was either too tough or under cooked. I called  and they said they could cook it fresh around an hour. TWO hours later (which I'm  not tripping about thewait) they bring it....and its rven less cooked, like they flashed microwaved it at the kast minute when it should have been on the stove  for ten more. 

I couldnt even feed it to my dog.  She turned away and walked  off!!

I called  just wanting a refund...then they  tried to act like I hsd no reason.

"But did you eat it all?"

Woman, if it eas edible itnwould have been gone  and ate. Im not trying to get sick!!

Cut to her talking  to someone body  off the phone snd yelling and screaming.  And stll no refund. "We gige you free next time."

Like i wanted that. But by thi time, im through  wiyh talking.

Give thrm another chance another day. Irdered 6 items.

The whole house said thenfried chickenw as bad. Tasted day old and was hard and had a stale odor to it.

Best believe my final straw was hit.

I dont know if its a new cook or someone going out of business but they seriously need to stop cooking mals if all theyre goinf to do is microwave it half way through  before someone fets sick!

Food is actually good, I've tasted the sweet and sour chicken, and shrimp fried rice. And delivery is pretty past

I've ordered food to eat in, which was good. Take out is a different story. Younger staff is rude. Mom and Pop need to take control again. Not going back.

I've ordered from this place for years, but I never will again after tonight. I don't know what's changed in the last several months, but the food tastes horrible now. Not to mention the delivery takes forever and food is cold. The food is so bland and tasteless. And apparently now they will just make whatever they feel like giving you, to hell with what you ordered. Lol. Place is a joke! I would rather eat at Panda Express.
