All of the employees I encountered at this location were hurried yet helpful and professional. They are dealing with a high volume of people who need/want their money while answering the same questions repeatedly. Although I was unhappy with my unemployment outcome, the employees at this location helped me the best they could.

Horrible service never got through to anyone called at 8:30 and their robot told me they would call me back in 3 hours...never did! Three months I have been waiting for the debit card with my benefits the bills have no problem getting to my house but when it is the other way around forget it.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would ! Your site and your call service is the worst and I cannot believe no one is trying to help me with my claim. I have been unemployed for 3 months from a job where I worked 50 hours a week and I have not been contacted yet

There is a woman by the name of jody b. She works in the department that gives you training for school or work. This woman is by far the worst, unprofessional lady I have ever come across in my life. She repeats herself and doesn't remember doing it. Very rude and I wouldn't reccomend any human being ever deal with this woman. Now this is clearly my opinion of my experience with jody. Terrible experience. Hope it doesn't happen to another.
