Worst banking experience ever! Whatever happened to customer service or simple human goodwill. Heaven forbid you need change for a $20.00 bill....US currency! They won't give it to you if you don't have an account with them.....and to be treated so rude....I went up the street to a competitor and got my change....no problem and I didn't  have an account with them either. If I ever do change banks, there is no way I will walk into a NM Bank and Trust to open an account!
