Mrs. Franco has been my PCP for about five years, and she has ALWAYS been more than attentive to my health. After reading a few comments left about her practice, it is VERY clear they didn't follow her health plans/instructions. She help orchestrate follow-ups, specialty appts, etc. I prefer her as a Nurse Practitioner over a MD any day.

I just want to warn others. Ms Franco is a horrible and seriously incompetent nurse. She should not have a license or be allowed to see patients of any kind. She did not warn me that I was taking too much thyroid medicine which was causing me to become very ill. I had to go to a new doctor for help and they advised me not to see her again. Then a friend of mine who was also seeing Ms Franco was told she had thyroid cancer. This was totally false! And thankfully my friend got a 2nd opinion. Now after 1 year I got an invoice for a service I didn’t receive. Please don’t put your health at risk by seeing Ms Franco. It’s quite scary to think she tries to practice medicine and puts people’s health in jeopardy. I don’t know how she sleeps at night.

One of the first docs to actually get me getting back to living a life, getting to go back to school and work again. Carla Franco and her staff is polite, professional and really listens.
