I must say I'm a new client since this passed summer and so far so GREAT! Everyone is so polite and greets me by name. My stylist was recommended to me by a close friend and Antoinette is AWESOME! I absolutely love her! I recently took my 12 year old daughter for her first cut and style and she loves it too!

I don't usually write reviews but when you find a great place you gotta share! I definitely recommend this salon and spa!

I sent my 17 year old son to Antoinette at New Options to get his hair cut for prom. The cut was ok at best, but his experience with Antoinette was terrible as she was very surly. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but for $50 I really don't care about her day.

Stylist offered for me to come back if I had a problem with my bangs.  I did take her up on that offer.  Explained my issues and she started yelling at me and getting defensive.  Said I said she gave me a bad hair cut, I said I didn't, I was having issues and trying to discuss them.  Stated I was styling it wrong, although when I got the cut and told her how I style my hair, she never said different.  hummmm, like I know how to style the hair different.

Defensively said she wouldn't give me another cut - never got that far, as I couldn't finish explaining my problems.  Shows the maturity level of the gal.

Won't go back - don't waist your money...

They don't even have a website... make that your first clue.

Poor Customer Service. They were very rude on the phone. I recommend avoiding this Day Spa!

New Options is a nice salon where you can get your hair, nails, facial and eyebrows done in a cozy environment. I have been going to Alex for my hair for the past several years and she has been very professional in her business.  She always provides a thorough consultation and excellent service. She is also quite hip, which is one of the reasons I like her.  Being a stay at home mom has kept me out of the fashion loop and she helps me to overcome my fashion backwardness. 

The boutique has an assortment of fun clothing, handbags, scarves and jewelry at great prices.  The salon owners frequently travel to New York City to procure their goods and I often find something that I can't live without.
