Easy access to the shore for fishing and is kid friendly. Can't beat it for fishing with the kids.

Start of the canal here, to canoe or Bike.there is a mountain bike trail about 1/2 way down toe path.bikes and kayak are rented most days.bike repair shop on sight.

Very large and wide open area. Easy access to the boat ramp and fishing is pretty good.
