Eat in, carryout, get some fresh groceries or gorgeous flowers in a happening scene. What's not to love? Okay, maybe parking. But, I had no trouble getting a spot up front during rush hour this evening.  It's a medium-sized store, well-packed with what feels like a curated collection of the Best of Everything. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I could have had my succulent roasted chicken leg on the patio, but I chose to stay inside where it was warm instead.

Despite the great produce, I continually have bad experiences with the customer service. There are maybe two checkers that are friendly and professional. Others are unprofessional, distracted or downright rude. I had one checker that didn't say one word to me through the ENTIRE checkout process. Multiple have continued conversations with coworkers without saying anything to me or looking at me until it was time for payment. Others have bad or weird attitudes. One accused me of not caring about how he was doing when my response was lackluster. I live nearby so I shop here often, but I try not to due to the service. 

In many cases the prices are ridiculously high, but sometimes they are reasonable. 

The produce and produce department seem to be top notch, otherwise it would be one star.

I love this market. Such a wonderful variety of great food, and about the largest collection of organic. My only request would be more organic prepared foods. I see what looks like good food in those cases but it never seems to be labeled organic, so I don't buy 🙁.

Large selection of natural and organic foods. Pricey, but every New Seasons is. Customer service can vary. Some of the employees are super helpful, some definitely seem they'd rather be doing something else.

I love New Seasons! But this one needs to catch up to the other locations by working on being "The friendliest store in town"...
I have been going to New Seasons before it was New Seasons. Raleigh Hills is top notch, take note Slabtown.
