Horrible communication when i moved out very clean apartment and they took my entire deposit without any explanation. They have since avoided my calls and will not return any info. I lived there 3 yrs and had 2 different apartments with them. The first apartment was cleaned the same way when i moved to the next one int the complex and she was Amy the apartment manager was very happy with how clean it was. The second apartment was treated the same way. Also while very nice looking there are a lot of very loud hard partying people there that were complained about non stop and our car was broken into under the carport there. Move there at your own risk but they will keep your money and not help you in any way. By the way the Natalie post on the reviews is a girl that worked for New Town that was supposed to keep the place clean which she never did.

Nicest property management team I have ever worked with.  Patient, sweet and helpful staff.  They also weren't such stickers on each and every little rule and just want you to be happy.

Great neighborhood, but poor property management.  We are definitely disappointed!  There is no communication between the office staff and the maintenance staff.  It took numerous complaints, calls, visits to the office and over 3 months just to get one thing fixed in our unit.  There's a huge lack of respect as well.  One day at 6:30am they started banging on the walls and floors, fixing up the vacant unit next to ours.  After complaining about the noise, no one even offered an appology.  They all finger point and take zero responsibility for anything.  The only thing they care about is getting someone in the units, they do not care about their tenants.  I read similar reviews before we signed our lease, and I wish I had taken them to heart.
