I don't go to Richmond often but when I do I love coming to this plaza. They have 2-3 bakeries here and this one has the better egg tarts in my opinion. Also, love their steam buns! There's always someone speaking decent English here as well

Very good apple buns. Very tasty! Prices decent. I come here often. Only downside is that some of the items like the apple buns sell out early in the day

Delicious authentic Asian bakery store, famous for it steam meats buns. The customer service is horrible. The staff are rude and condescending.

Amazing buns BUT VERY DIRTY.. Been buying buns for over 15 years. This morning I saw the arrival of their delivery (probably from their main location in downtown Vancouver). While they were unloading the van, the delivery guy pinched one of the buns for no particular reason with his dirty work gloves -It left a black dirt mark on the bun. ALSO the same morning, while the lady was unloading the buns from the tray to their steam drawers, one of the buns fell and she picked it up; looked around to see if anyone saw; then put the same bun back into the steam drawer. This is disgusting and unacceptable. Its sad that my family and I wont be going back there after seeing their company practices..

Poor selection of buns. Overpriced buns for average flavor. Not very clean. Horrible service. There was no help in packing all our merchandise and not even a discount when I bought over $100 worth of food. Not a place I would recommend going to.
