In May I bought a bike from new uses, since I was going to buy a different bike I decided to sell it back to them in the same condition. I was very rudely told the tires had rot(they don't) and they couldn't buy it back. The bike is in the same condition as when I bought it so they either sold me a bike in poor condition or the woman who dealt with me today is incompetent at her job. She was completely rude and had a condescending tone and put no thought into discretion. I felt embarrassed due to the amount of people with in earshot. If you like being humiliated at resale stores you should go here, I had spent plenty of cash there and I will never return. I would rather sell on Craigslist.

The prices they give to buy things are laughable - have a yardsale instead. Most of their merchandise is outdated and waaaay overpriced.

Unwelcoming & disrespectful offers on buys & and I felt a little discriminated against. When I sit there and watch him negotiate with a woman's offer from a quote she got over the phone and he offered her more after her argument but wouldn't budge for my disrespectful offer. A manager Jon offered me $30 for a $700 lift recliner chair. Even after looking up the value for proof. Bad way to treat others valuables!

Love going here for items that have been gently used and still have a lot of life left in them for someone else to use. Decent prices on most of the items

went here recently; this store was full of really outdated stuff. Dishes and art from the 80s and 90s. Knick knacks from your grandma's house. Small appliances with lots of wear. There were a few nice pieces of furniture, but were really overpriced. Most of the furniture was again, dated, or really worn down. I was hoping to find a coffee table and some end tables, as well as maybe a rug and some lamps. Every single item in those categories looked like it was from the 90s and I easily could have found the same quality of items at your everyday thrift store for about an eighth of the price. I went here to buy some things for my home, so I also took a few baskets of items - some small appliances and home decor that was purchased in the last year. They took 4 items and offered me $8. They also told me the wait would be 15 minutes, and it took nearly an hour. I took the same baskets to another, much nicer consignment shop in Grandview about 30 minutes later and was given $120 for the items. I understand that these shops know their customers, and buy what their customers want, so this must mean that this shop is geared more toward senior citizens and not toward younger people or families with more modern style. Nothing wrong with that, just think shoppers should be aware before they make the effort to go here.
