The BEST Staples in Columbus! The staff is so attentive and helpful, so rather than searching the entire store for the one thing I needed, they took me to the exact section. Even their clearance section was spotless!

Not a sufficient inventory of desktops-always on sale,but never in stock.Service was not helpful such as alternatives or comparable products. I had go to a clerk that was texting to get a computer I wanted, guess what, not in stock. I will never be back to Staples-seems to be a recurring issue-plenty of other places to go.

Wanted to copy , area clean, adequately appointed with necessities,ie:paperclips, pens, whiteout, stapler,etc. Was having difficultly printing both sides of paper. Staff assisted,  had difficulty as well with printer, took to another copier and was successful.
Sooo appreciated the assistance.

In and out quickly the staff there was very friendly very professional and very helpful! I need it to send a fax and check my email and it was great! In and out no problems no wait no line!
