It is absolutely pathetic that you can spend $400,000.00+ for a home with a private driveway and your own gated parking only to have it blocked repeatedly with cars that park illegally across your driveway entrance. You CANNOT have it towed by a private company or the police without having the vehicle cited for being illegally parked. So WHY when you call to have an officer come ticket the vehicle on multiple occurances that THEY NEVER come??? 4 times this has happened and ALL 4 times no police officer ever came.. Where is TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT in my neighborhood??? You cant park for 5 minutes in Manhattan without getting a parking ticket but in the 103rd Precinct you can violate and obstruct people's property any and all the time without penalty.. The NON emergency number is USELESS and they dont do anything to help you. The manner in which this precinct operates does nothing more than to generate more 911 calls for response or lets minor things turn into major violent crime when citizens are forced to the Police's job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just received a ticket this morning from 2 female officers. OK, not going to argue that however, I do hope that this gets to those two. I had a PBA card on my dash board - she states to me I never seen that card before. she took my card and when she came back she gave me my "stuff" and did not hand me my card back. point of this story: We are to "respect" the blue - then I want "respect" to. Whatever was wrong with that card (of which I get every year) she could have said something. I kept asking, "where is my card". It would have taken one second to tell me why they "TOOK" my card. Let me say also, that it was on my dashboard, I did not give it to them - they asked for it. I wish them well but there should be someplace in your handbook that states "Communication is as important as a good or bad day". :(

Worst experience I have ever had. I had a situation where there was an abandoned boat parked outside of my house. I called the precinct and was told that they would send someone over. I waited home all day and no one ever came. I am very disappointed.

Shameful service, I call to report a neighbor who is repairing cars on the street and has 6 cars, some without plates and I get told to report case to 311. Black neighborhood, white cops. They do not care. Had it been someone from bayside, the cars would be towed before I hung up the phone.
