Does anyone work here? on a Sunday afternoon over the course of several hours, i tried every non emergency number listed for precinct 104. It wasn't an emergency, simply wanted to get in touch to communicate a concern with an establishment in their jurisdiction. I ended up giving up simply because i could not, (after several attempts) get anyone to answer the phone. The detectives unit, the domestic violence unit, etc..etc. (all extensions on their phone system). Not a single option resulted in an answered phone.

I wait four hours for a call so officer can write a report about someone broke my glass they never shows up i called every hour to let them know that i am waiting all i hear is the dispatch on the way.i like nypd they the best.but this not fare i waited in cold weather no one shows up and i left without filing a report.thanks for reading

Do not call or go here for anything they're community relations are in the toilet. If you have a problem call 911. If it's not a life threatening situation good luck on anyone showing up. And if they do show up; I mean IF, it will be hours later.

To start i have the upmost respect for the police. But this police station is an insult to all New York police department's. There is no courtesy or respect to the tax payers. I had to take me sister to the airport. There was a vehicle blocking my driveway, i followed the procedure as i was told. I called 311 at 11.55pm for help, they were extremely helpful to me. But the 104 precent did NOT believe i was important to them. I had to pay a cab so my sister would not miss her flight, because i could not have the vehicle towed without a ticket. The police department decided at 3.51 am that my call had somewhat of importance. By that time the vehicle was gone and if i had not paid for a cab i would have lost the flight. My point here is that as a taxpayer i am important, and the 104 precent should not wait for me to be dying to come and help me. This precent is only 15 minutes away why does it take 4 hours for a respond????

I never had an issue in this precinct they are very courteous and respectful and attentive.
