Today at around 3P I was walking from Bank of Americaa on 125th Street to the Subway Station on Lexington Ave. As I approached the subway station, I had to intervene to protect a young woman and her 3-4 y/o daughter from another woman who obviously very high on some crazy stimulant. She was cursing at both the child and mother, she grabbed the mother and started to yank her as she spat out obscenties. I intervened and was able to free the Mom. She sped away with her daughter. The agressor turned her "ire" at me. I was able to pull her off and she then turned her attention to another bystander. I approached the police at the trian station to informed them of what was happanning and they did nothing, but say thank you we'll take care of it. I waited a few minutes to see if they would take any action...but nothing happpnned. They didnt move. Useless. I see this all to often in East Harlem...the police rarely intervenes.

Byrd..she doesn't even a Ms in front disrespectful ..lack of professionalism..Why are you taking my hat and putting it on your head explain that one ..while you disrespectful my talking down to me...Never been thru something like that ever ....Racial profiling..I'm going to leave it at that

Customer service is horrendous. Officers there are very inept and neglect there duties. Discourteous and condescending staff.

This precinct SUCKS. My 75 yr old Uncle John Kelly has missing for weeks now and they won't help one bit...they are the biggest losers I've ever encountered. If he lives in the neighborhood and is missing, you look for him, PERIOD!
