update: issue rectified, very pleased with the store manager Christina! Thank you .......... I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of one of your employees. My mother almost 5 days a week shops at this location as well as my aunt and sisters FOR YEARS. An employee I guess was having a bad day and my mother noticed and asked her is she was having a bad say the employee proceeded to say she wasn't feeling well and intentionally avoided my mother and pushed her aside to a fellow co worker. On her way out the employee yelled at her to get out get out repeatedly with her bags, embarrassed in front of other guests and my mother proceeded to ask for a manager and the employee told her in a jokingly manner that the manager was right in front of her (basically saying she was there and wasn't going to do anything about it)
