The problem with this place is that it's understaffed. People here work as fast as they can, unlike most of their clientele. 😅 They need more workers to handle the volume of customers. Also, the stupid DMV website was not working properly so, I couldn't make a reservation. That would have speeded things up.

Some of the staff is very rude, they don't help you. And they seem racist, also  they make people wait a long time

Very fast and organized ppl... unless you have a number starting with c jesus christ be prepared to wait for at least 2 hours

This place is horrific. I'm watching three employees have a conversation non work related while people have been sitting here for two hours. All of the prior comments talk about how under staffed they are... ok hire more people.

Phone call has a pre recorded message saying they can't answer phone due to high call volume. It never is different
