After my hip replacement surgery, I went to NYDNR for rehab. I was blown away by the high tech equipment they used to get me back in shape. It was like playing a virtual reality video game, with my body as the controller. I had so much fun, I forgot all about my hip! This place is the bomb!

Dr. Kalika is a very good practitioner who uses an interdisciplinary approach to diagnose and treat patients. He has a superb understanding of dynamic anatomy and is also adept at developing therapeutic plans that are integrated and customized to each individual,. In addition he has assembled a great team of professionals (chiropractor, masseuse, PT) that each uniquely contributes to the patient's care and well being. 

Unfortunately, the office started over-billing/double-billing me and my insurance company in a way that was highly suspicious, unfair and unethical. The front desk person also pressures clients into writing Google reviews, which leads me to believe at least some of these reviews were created under duress.  I eventually stopped going there as it seemed I was being bilked.

My low back pain was getting worse and worse. My doctor gave me opioid pain killers that made me feel sick and constipated, and the pain came back after I stopped using them. I finally went to Nydnrehab, and the physical therapist not only helped me get rid of my pain, but he figured out what was causing it. Now I am pain-free, and in better shape than ever from the rehab exercises.

I drive for Uber, and I was starting to have pain in my right hip, every time I hit the brakes. One of my passengers told me about NYDNR, and I’m so glad they did! The team there showed me how to make some changes to my posture, and gave me exercises and stretches that really helped. I am now driving pain-free.

I twisted my ankle playing tennis, and heard a pop. It didn’t hurt too much at first, but by the time I got home, I could barely walk on it and it was swollen up like a watermelon. I was going to go to a doc-in-the-box, but my tennis partner convinced me to go to NYDNR, and I am so glad I did! The diagnosis and treatment was spot-on, and once my ankle healed, the therapist helped me improve my tennis game. I would recommend NYDNR to anyone who plays sports or is physically active
